Syrah Rogers, Owner
Syrah is the owner of The Pilates Ritual and the visionary behind ALURA. A wellness ecosystem combining science and holistic care. Her approach to movement and wellness is deeply informed by both clinical experience and a lifelong connection to the body.
Syrah began her journey at Washington State University, where she studied Nutrition and Exercise Physiology, building a strong foundation in how the body functions, fuels, and adapts. She then spent several years immersed in the medical field, working in hospital laboratory settings and alongside physicians in Spokane, gaining hands-on experience in patient care and clinical operations.
Before her medical career, Syrah spent 13 years as a competitive dancer. An experience that instilled a deep understanding of movement, discipline, and body awareness. That foundation continues to influence her philosophy today: movement should be intentional, functional, and sustainable.
Now continuing her education in nursing, Syrah is constantly evolving her knowledge to better serve her clients through a truly integrative approach to wellness.
Through The Pilates Ritual, she is redefining what movement can look and feel like. She is building a space for precision, connection, and transformation, where clients build strength from the inside out and reconnect with their bodies in a meaningful way.
